Hi all,

       We had a great turnout with 22 men enjoying delightful food and conversation at Mike Bailey's last night.   Since next month's meeting would be the last one in which we had volunteers signed up to host, I passed around a sheet requesting hosts for the coming year and was pleased that 11 of the 12 months were taken at that meeting.  We only need a volunteer to host December (the 20th unless the host prefers to have it on the 13th due to the Christmas season).  Please let me know if you would be willing to volunteer for December.

       For our April 19th meeting this year, John Maddox agreed to host the group after Ted, who had originally volunteered, realized he would be traveling during our normal meeting date.  Those who signed up last night to host are listed below:

        For the hosts: please notify Chris a week or two before your meeting so she can include the particulars related to the meeting in the Order of Service and weekly email updates.  An announcement in our monthly Confluence is of benefit and I am forwarding a copy of this listing to Adeline.  Generally, the host is in charge of selecting a topic for discussion after a check-in by the attendees, if time permits.  I encourage the topic be given as part of the announcement to allow time for reflection and thought.
 

               For the men on themen at fuusm.org list, our Men’s Group welcomes all men who are members or friends of FUUSM.  If you have not been to one of the meetings or if it has been some time since attending, please consider joining us.
