Hi all,

At last evening's meeting at Kevin's, I read Martha McGovern's email request
regarding our group accepting the responsibility of decorating the outside
fence for the holidays and was pleased that several men readily volunteered
to help with the project. In our discussion, I wrote down the following men
who would or might assist over a proposed two day period, Wednesday,
December 2 and Thursday, the 3rd: Dave Ballantyne, George Banziger, Rhea
Bockhorst, Jim Grecni, Gary Hamilton, John Kidd (iffy on hunting season
situation), Mike Lang, Leroy McCarty, Ralph Olander and Darryl Ting. Of
course, should others find themselves in a position to help, the project
could be competed more quickly.

My understanding of the group discussion was to start at 10:00 AM on
Wednesday, the 2nd to seek fresh greens (likely Ron & Cathy Rees's Mill
Creek Road property) and complete the fence project by the next day.
(Perhaps other potential sources for the evergreen branches may need to be
considered?) At least one or two pickup trucks will be needed and I would
appreciate hearing from our pick up drivers if they would definitely be
available on Wednesday morning.

To effectively plan for the decorating project, communication will be
essential and I would like to use email if possible. The FUSSM Member and
Friends Directory lists the following email addresses for the noted
volunteers: newcastle9k2k at hotmail.com, gbanz42 at suddenlink.net,
Bockhorst at suddenlink.net, jamesgrecni at suddenlink.net, gh4811 at live.com,
kiddnine44 at gmail.com, milang1 at juno.com, revkat at frontier.com (more recent for
Leroy), rolander at suddenlink.net and darrting at suddenlink.net. Should any of
these addresses be incorrect, please notify me. And; of course, if other
men are available and would consider assisting, please let me know.

Thanks,

Gary
