[Green] Deep Rock Announcement for Another Injection Well

Green Sanctuary Folks,

     I just saw this announcement buried in the classified ad section of
the Marietta Times (attached)  today.

     Given our recent discussion on brine waste,  i.e., production waste,I
think that this is an all-hands-on-deck situation. The announcement says to
send comments to the Division  of Oil &  Gas Resource Management 15 days
after the last appearance of this announcement. I'll be watching future
editions to determine that date, but let's assume it's February 13  in
order to make sure we make that deadline.

      Talking points:
        -Washington County leads the state in brine waste
        -The announcement says "brine water," but this is production waste
not salt water
        -Production waste is toxic, radioactive, contains carcinogens, etc.
        -Injection wells are harming & destroying production wells
        -There is a legal case in Athens Court about the latter issue that
has been won on appeal;
           Any more injection wells in Washington County should at least
await the outcome of this legal case

     Try to word your message a bit differently.
