[Green] Moving the solar bench

Hi all-
Would you want to consult Jay Warmke, since he will be doing the repairs?
Whatever the choice- hope he can be involved with the move so that if they
pour a slab and install in the new location- the bench can be properly
oriented to get the best use of the solar panel.
If these are the only choices - the Jackson Hill Dog Park is on the
same side of the Muskingum River as FUUSM. I'm wondering if folks in
the downtown region could , potentially, walk there, too and use it as a
back-up charger in case of loss of power in emergencies.
I wasn't sure where the Gold Star Park is- so did map search and see that
this is the park on Lancaster st- on the other side of the Muskingum
River.
Which spot would be easiest to oversee it for the future? and give us
good outreach?
Those are my questions/thoughts.
