Mark K. let me and other Friends board members know last night. It's
OUTRAGEOUS and disgusting. What a mess of half-finished and unstarted
projects it leaves you and Refuge staff with. This is government
efficiency?

Especially since those young, able bodies won't be around to help with tree
planting on Buckley Island on Saturday, I'll email fuusmchat and encourage
all who can possibly help to show up.
