[Green] Holy guacamole!!

This morning, I swung by the social hall before work to chat with Wendy,
the building steward, as I often do on Mondays and Thursdays. Just for
kicks, I peeked into the donation canister on the table near the outside
door of the social hall. Before the Climate Future film festival, I made a
purple sign to place near the donation canister asking for help with
repairs to the solar charging bench. Well, this morning there were two
bills in it!! A 20 and a 100!!!!  No idea where they came from or how long
they've been in there.

Jay Warmke and Steve Wetz have been in touch discussing the logistics of
getting the bench moved and repaired. It's slow going--they're both busy,
but I'll keep encouraging them. Thank goodness the river didn't rise enough
to flood the bench for a third time!
