I'm including reference materials for clarification from the IRS on what is
and is not allowed as part of information I'm collecting for MOVCA
clarifying the line of lobbying and having a position / advocating. The IRS
definition is what makes or breaks what can or can't be done by particular
tax classifications.

Intervention*

Political campaign activity can jeopardize a 501(c)(3) organization’s
exempt status. This course provides examples of prohibited activities and
explains steps an organization should take to avoid an inadvertent
violation.
