[Green] Solar Bench Possibilities

Hello all,
Both of those sites sound good. The one near the library might enhance the
neighborhood project Annie mentioned.
Maybe asking this is cart before the horse, but is there a possibility that
the city would pitch in a new pad and move the bench?
