[Green] Solar Bench Possibilities

Hello, all,

I spoke with Geoff Schenkel earlier today. Two sunny possibilities on city property are Camp Tupper (the field in front of the Quadrannou Mound—lots of walkers and peewee football​) or the playground behind Washington School next to the library. What say you?
