[Green] Canopy

Sorry I didn’t get back to you when you asked previously, Vic. I was hoping someone else would answer!  Here’s the thing: SURE, we’d be pleased to use your humongous tent—but when will we know for sure that the organizers or some other group won’t need it?  Should we bring our three pop-up canopies just in case? Will you let us know before Saturday morning at 9 whether we need to bring our own—either because someone else needs your big one, or because the big one won’t fit in the space provided for us?

Do you need help setting it up?

Also, should we bring our own tables and chairs?
