[Green] AP Article on OGLMC Meeting Yesterday

Great work, George! The demonstration shows a *LOT* of anger and
frustration. Can an environmental group file suit to delay implementation
of the commission's approval until the fraud investigation is complete? If
fraud is determined can a further delay and new public comment period be
requested?
