[Green] PUCO Hearing on Rate Increases

Thanks George. For anyone who missed the local meeting can still register
for the virtual meeting on May 9th, but you have to register by noon May

The virtual meeting registration page includes links to the documents of
each filing and you can view existing comments per case. To read exactly
what they are proposing, read the original filings (first one
chronologically) so the last page of the pagination of the documents.

There are some parts of the proposal that might need further evaluations
too, an EV rate off peak rates for charging, but this requires a separate
meter (which I'd guess would require a monthly fee like other states with
secondary charging meters). There may be more to the proposal of interest
to the group in the details (positive and/or negative). I don't have enough
time this week for a breakdown. I noticed this EV part on a quick skim of
the original filing pdf.
