[Green] PUCO Hearing on Rate Increases

    Please be reminded about the hearing sponsored by the Public Utilities
Commission of Ohio to take place this evening, May 1, at 6 p.m. at the
Graham Auditorium at Washington State CC in Marietta.

    Dawn Hewitt, Maggie Meyer, and I attended a training session last week
in preparation for this event that was sponsored by the Sierra Club. I
prepared the attached testimony, which I vetted with Becca Pollard of
Sierra Club-Ohio. She said that the more people who give testimonies like
this the better--one individual cannot win the day when it comes to this
kind of hearing. There are options for online submission of testimony.
