Again, I apologize for being so very delinquent in getting to this. Surely the busy spell engulfing me will dissipate soon. I hope. 

When Adeline sent the minutes of our November meeting to me nearly a month ago, I acknowledged their receipt by replying, “I hope I won’t sit on them this time.” So, what did I do? I sat on them. They are attached.

	d. Organization of Clean Energy & Climate
	e. Native Plant Corridor in Devola
	f. Injection Well closures appealed in Athens County (Anne Sparks)

6. MOVCA update? Adeline, Cindy

7. Solar charging-bench sign team needs to meet to plan First Quarter information.

8. Things I’ve forgotten, or new business.
