[Green] It's time to turn off FUUSM's up-lighting

If I failed to thank you previously, Joe, please forgive me. I've had a
tremendously busy week. THANK YOU for being so responsive and understanding
about shutting off FUUSM lights after midnight between mid August and
Halloween for the sake of migrating birds.

Ya know, is there a reason for the lights to be on after midnight at any
time of year?  Perhaps B&G can discuss this.
