Hi Joe (and others),
According to the Lights Out Ohio website (a project of the Ohio Bird Conservation Initiative), peak fall bird migration runs August 15 to October 31, and according to BirdCast, fall migration is already underway!
Ohio Lights Out recommends that exterior building lights should be turned off between midnight and dawn at this time of year. I hope FUUSM will comply!
Here are the websites:

https://birdcast.info/migration-tools/live-migration-maps/ <https://birdcast.info/migration-tools/live-migration-maps/> (And this one is so cool! It uses weather radar to show bird migration as it is happening! Not much bird action east of Illinois tonight, but major migration happening right now through the Great Plains. )
I have filled out the form to enroll FUUSM in the Ohio Lights Out registry. Thank you for helping to reduce harm to migrating birds!
