[Green] Memorial Garden and Artist's Bench

Geoff Schenkel just messaged that council unanimously approved naming the soon-to-be-planted Fort Street space the Hoffert-Henderhan Memorial Garden and approved accepting the Todd Morrow bench from the Appalachian Ohio Falls Prevention Coalition.

Now—we need someone to design a sign so we can arrange to have it created.
