[Green] Brine spill

Thanks, Vic. I DO want to know about any spill or leak that happens upstream from us, or within 50 miles or so. This one meets both criteria. Maybe I should just sign up for Skytruth alerts myself.

My concern, though, is whether local media will report this incident. Seems like they ought to.
