[Green] Fwd: Where should we sent donations to support Indigenous People working for environmental justice?

Hello Green friends,
Apparently our messages from UUMFE crossed paths somewhere. I had emailed
them yesterday to confirm that the check arrived at their Portland office,
and didn't see the response until later in the day. Then I saw Dawn's
message this morning, with the thank-you note text. Thank you, Dawn, for
sharing that!
I'm really proud of us! And I'm glad UUMFE noticed our efforts.
Thanks for all you're doing, every day, to express our UU principles in
action.
Adeline

Greetings, Adeline!

Thank you so much for your donation... Concerning that it hasn't cleared on
your end.

We received your check and letter in early August, and I deposited $1352.00
into our account on August 17th, 2022.
I sent the deposit receipt to our treasurer, and the bank has the check.
I've cc'd Betsy, our UUMFE treasurer, and she can confirm if the funds are
in our account.

We have earmarked this amount for the Indigenous Solidarity Fund. The INITC
gathering will benefit from the funds later this month. Indigenous -
Initiative for Transformative Collaboration (INITC) <http://www.initc.org/>
Hopefully we can figure out what's going on.

Thank you!
