[Green] June 2 ODNR# Meeting

Fellow Greenies:

   I have attended a couple of planning sessions about the June 2 meeting  on the proposed injection well in the Little Hocking area.  The meeting will be at St. Ambrose R.C. Church. Here are the directions:

     -  Take Rt 7 south out of Marietta.
      -Go past the Kraton chemical plant and the exit to Rt. 50 in WV
      -Just past the Rt. 50 exit is the exit for Rt. 339-- take that exit
      -Turn right off the Rt. 339 exit then take an immediate left on to Schoolhouse Rd.
      -St. Ambrose is on the left only about a  quarter mile (the trip takes about 25 minutes from Marietta)

     I have edited the list of questions and put them in priority (most important to least). You may disagree with my priority judgment just let me know.  I have also indicated who volunteered to pose particular questions on the list.

     Just to repeat the agreement we made at our May 15 meeting, we shall defer to three people who have high credibility on this issue and .let them ask their questions first. They are:

          ASA Boring (Township Trustee for Little Hocking)

          Bob Lane (owner of oil/gas production wells that have been damaged by injection wells)

          Joe Tucker (City Engineer for Marietta and rural resident  near the Redbird #4 spill that occurred a couple of years ago)
