[Green] HIP committee report for GSC meeting 05152022

Hello, all,
Attached please find a report of the most recent actions of the GSC 
committee's sub group, the HIP (Honoring Indigenous Peoples) committee. 
Please help support these projects, and volunteer to work with us to 
raise awareness of the work of Indigenous People who are on the front 
line, protecting our environment; and to raise funds to help them do 
this important work.
