[Green] HIP summary

Hi,

There were 4 tickets that should have been reserved and sold at the door for the Rowe family.  They did come in and pay.  All others I sold were purchased in advance.  Hope that helps.

I believe what happened is that the 2 of the non-attendees from the reservations that Debra and Jim made had not paid in advance.  Several of her guests had paid her, but some had not.  In the craziness of sign ins, I was unable to accurately mark who had pre-paid and who was paying at the door.  That would account for the $40 difference.

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the figures to match. I just spoke to Maggie 
and I came out with the same figures she did. Still working on it to see 
where we've gone astray.
