I didn't realize that the church you mentioned was in Reading, PA-
that is Berks County which is not one of the counties served by the ARC,
the Appalachian Regional Commission, so perhaps that article and webinar
will not be so helpful to them.
Here is the link to the site with map that shows which areas are
eligible for the *Appalachian Solar Finance Fund.*

and info about that.... All the churches in our MOV area are eligible
for this.. We could share this info with other local churches, perhaps.
