Earthship Tour – April 30th at 1 pm
$20.00 per person
Visit Blue Rock Station to learn about their philosophies on keeping livestock, building a resilient life, and sustainable living practices...and just about anything else that might come up in conversation.
There will also be a tour of the grounds tour a few of the 14 (at least) buildings made of repurposed materials, a solar array, a wind turbine, gardens, new high tunnel and more.
Tour a portion of the Earthship – the 2,200 sq. ft. home made of tires, cans, bottles, salvaged lumber, mud, sand, sweat and tears. Annie & Jay will explain the various construction techniques and how the building uses the earth and sun to provide a comfortable place to live.

Each tour this year we plan to spend a few minutes focusing on a special topic. Well this tour we could simply not ignore the delightful goat kids - born just a couple weeks ago.
Tours are limited to 25 people. We will only hold four open tours this year.
