[Green] No More Injection Wells Petition

Your usual knowledgeable, articulate writing, George. I assume that this is
a public event signing. Are email and telephone necessary? Not knowing who
would get that info would make me hesitant.  Address is certainly necessary
to establish Washington County residency.
