[Green] Good news

Greetings, all,

By my count, this weekend's planting of the Fort Street pollinator habitat has thirteen volunteers without counting a single FUUSM member. (Two Marietta College groups have offered help.) The Maple Street butterfly garden (not our project but inspired by it) is being planted on Saturday as well, and one of that site's volunteers (four non-FUUSM folks plus Geoff Schenkel) has offered her truck to help move plants from my place, so we are probably in good shape there.

The good news: 17 non-FUUSM volunteers!  In addition, the Boys and Girls Club has expressed interest in creating signage for the space, so our pollinator project is quickly becoming a community project. Dupont should be very pleased with the results of the grant funding.
