[Green] Harmar riverbank update

We chose Sunday because of Andrew's availability (those pesky jobs!), but unless I hear otherwise from him, 2:00 should be fine.

Because the GSC meeting usually starts at 12:30 and often runs a full hour, can we please start the riverbank work at 2? I’d be happy to help, but probably not before 2.
