[Green] Tarp emergency

GSC:

     Jim Grecni and I repaired the plastic solarization sheeting that had been blown away by the recent high winds. We estimated about 50-60% had blown off. We picked up the pins from Rebecca's house, but we ran out--had to pick up some at Apex. 

    There may be some more weather coming in this evening so it should be check soon.
