[Green] Call for agenda items for March 21 GSC meeting

Dawn,
Rebecca and I folded back one section of the plastic on the river bank in
order to save and replant daffodils. She did the digging while I did the
planting. It was not meant to be recovered. I don't know if that is the
section you are referring to. Warning: following a lot of digging of roots
to make room for the flowers, I got a bad dose of what my doctor's PA
diagnosed as poison  oak. I am on my second dose of steroids.
