[Green] Draft Letter on Fracking Rules

Green Sanctuary Committee:

     The Sierra Club/Ohio has asked us to submit a letter to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources about their new rules on injection wells (for fracking waste). They provided a sample letter which I have modified and customized to Washington County (re: first paragraph of attached).  Dawn H has provided some editorial changes. I would like to discuss the letter at our meeting this Sunday with the expectation that we would endorse this letter as a group.  The deadline for letters to be submitted is Monday. July 19.
