Vic and others,

I, too, have problems opening ODT files. Can’t do it on my iPad, but was able to open this with MS Word on my Mac desktop.  Here is a version of Annie’s survey that I opened and edited and saved as a text file that should be universal. I directly made a few minor changes to Annie’s survey, incorporating Rebecca’s suggestions and a few of my own.

The goal of this survey is to generate responses that will assist in creating a sustainability audit. By looking inside the congregation it's possible to determine powerful ways to practice and promote sustainability.   

A sustainability audit is useful even if weÕre already practicing sustainability because experiences and ideas we share with each other will inspire us to live more resiliently.
