[Green] IPL Membership

Hello, all,

>From what I am finding, congregations join their state IPL affiliates rather than IPL itself, though it is the national that certifies Cool Congregations. I have attached the certification form, and we definitely seem to qualify. We can also join Ohio IPL as a Covenant Congregation; they ask for a donation based on the congregation's budget. That form is attached as well. There is no mandate for a congregational liaison, though the organization recommends having a Faithful Advocacy Captain, someone who works with the congregation to advance federal climate policy (rather as George and Dave have done with CCL).

Information that we need for certification:
11. Cost of your project (estimates ok)
 12. Annual cost savings of your project (estimates ok)
 13. Baseline usage of electricity from the grid/utility, expressed in kWh per year. Provide an annual figure. (Baseline year refers to BEFORE improvements)
14. Grid/Utility Electrical usage AFTER improvements, expressed in kWh per year. Provide an annual figure.
 15. Baseline fuel usage, expressed in therms (gas, oil, coal). Provide an annual figure. (Baseline year refers to BEFORE improvements)
16. Fuel usage AFTER improvements, expressed in therms. Provide an annual figure.
 17. Please enter surplus electricity from your own solar or wind in kWh/year generated for which you are being credited. If not applicable, list NA.
