[Green] CITF Revised Application - Invitation to edit

I haven't had time to review the proposal yet. I've been on deadlines
and and low energy. I think we can get money donated, and perhaps
components for the basic recharging station unless you're going with one
you buy online. I am willing to talk to Third Sun after we know more,
and Blue Rock Station will also financially support some portion of the
unit. Annie
