[Green] Photos of west side riverbank areas

The region between the bridges actually breaks down into two: the area between the Putnam Street bridge and the old lock master's house and the area between the house and the railroad bridge. It is too big to do as a single project.

There is also a concrete pad that used to hold a standard park bench. I have messaged our Fourth Ward council member to ask whether that specific area belongs to the city or to the lock master's house, which is privately owned.
