[Green] Solar Powered Charging Stations re Dupont CITF Grant

Annie,

    Please see my recent message about the choice of building our own solar-powered charging station or buying a ready-made version.  I asked you whether Jay thinks that the former would be feasible, i.e., hiring him to build the solar portion of the charging station.
