[Green] CITF Grant Projects - Invitation to edit

I looked at the beginning budget and I suggest we back off of the idea 
of a bench.  Also the ability to charge bikes, etc. requires electricity 
from the grid, which bike charging will take a lot of electricity and 
time to charge.  Phone charging goes quickly and if this is for an 
emergency it seems limiting it's purposes would be useful.  We can add 
more options later.  Why not put the two proposed charging stations in 
areas where it's possible to already access electricity?  Also this 
would make them easily accessible to people riding through town on a 
bike.  I think simple is better for now.  We can always add a bench and 
canopy later.
