[Green] Fw: Wetland destruction

I was told that an argument that was used at the city council meeting was
that she was sued over something related to the wetland, I am not sure -
someone said that the vegetation there was hindering visibility for
motorists but that does not seem plausible to me. I drive it every day and
have not had that issue, and I was cognizant of the visibility leaving work
yesterday and there really is no issue there.
