[Green] Fw: Harmar riverbank planting timeline

I am sad that I got kicked off the call yesterday.  I'm wondering if we 
can't use an existing bench to avoid the cost, plus it would probably be 
in a public place and meets the city code.  That would drop the cost and 
perhaps we could afford more then one station. Annie
