[Green] Army Corps has approved permit for Deep Rock

I think the permit will just say that Deep Rock is approved for what they applied for, and we know what's in the application. I have talked with the Sierra Club and others about shifting our focus to the Ohio Dept  of Natural Resources, which issues permits for injection wells.
