[Green] Fw: Harmar Riverbank proposal

The LBP committee was receptive to our idea. The law director is going to send me an aerial photograph so I can show him the exact area under consideration. Janelle Patterson of the Times took a photo of the Harmar riverbank and is playing with "what it will look like" scenarios for a possible article on our proposal in Friday's paper.
