I also saw this inspection report of Red Bird #24, but I think that the well in question in Red Bird #4.

I am still going through the 1155 inspection reports, but over the broad period covered by these reports I am not sure that all 15 wells in Washington County are included in this voluminous file. 

Another question I have is how frequently any one well is inspected.
