[Green] Shall we have March’s GSC meeting via email?

After studying the course of the other countries' virus path I think we
might be wise to assume that it's another 9 to 13 weeks before things
die down, and who knows how long before people feel like they will spent
time and/or money for anything but essentials.  We are thinking that we
need to reach out to the people already assigned to the solar installer
class and see what they're thinking - they  may not want to travel or be
in a classroom setting.  We won't move on contacting them thought for
another few days - we want to see how the virus progresses and how
people are reacting to it.

I personally believe that the forum can go forward, but online with a
scaled down version.  Myra could be the focus - perhaps on fb live
streaming.  Ahead of her appearance we could send out a survey to those
who registered to be online to see what they want to focus on
individually.  After Myra's talk we break into Zoom groups to brainstorm
solutions, goals, etc. and then come back together on Zoom to share a
compilation of what was discussed in individual groups.  We'll make a
list of what each group created. Then in the fall, after lots of
promotion we'll come together again with education information based on
the goals.  With this strategy we don't have to give up the momentum, or
the fact that there are quite a few people who have this on their agenda
already.  The kicker may be that most of the government people won't be
permitted to be online with us.  Myra seems to think that won't be a
problem for her.  If we run into that roadblock we can record the talk
and still brainstorm to keep things moving forward.  Annie
