[Green] DuPont CITF Grant

Phase 2 to receiving the $7,500 has begun.

DuPont is requesting the following information from Green Sanctuary *by
August 10th*:

   - *IRS form 990*
   - *The organization’s most recent audited financial statements (if
   available) *
   - *Annual Report (if available)*
   - *Operating Budget*


Not sure if Green Sanctuary is a stand alone non-profit. If not, then this
information would have to be from FUUSM and I will clarify the application.

When they receive the forms, I will begin filling out an application on
GrantsConnect. When complete, an email from "DuPont Community Impact <
noreply at yourcause.com>" will be sent to the Green Sanctuary primary contact
to fill out on the organization's end. (Yes, this is a redundancy they will
work to eliminate next year.)

Would anyone like to be the primary contact from Green Sanctuary? I would
like to have one person responsible to avoid confusion and crowding of
everyone's inbox with updates if I select green at fuusm.org. (I can be the
primary contact if nobody wants to be.)
