Dear George, I assume the Deep Rock office in Broughton’s No. 1 complex is just a tiny local operation. Only vehicle there Friday had West Virginia plate. I think it may be relatively new in the complex. Just here to shepard the barge waste into our county before it leaves like so many other out of state oil and gas operations?Regards, Roger

GSC,

I just received a response from the USACE concerning my questions about the procedure for the virtual public meeting on August 7. There will be no representative from Deep Rock at the meeting. I asked how the USACE recommends that we get direct answers from them.

Ms. Adkins of the USACE recommended sending e-mail questions in asap. They will be answered in the order in which they are received.

All the questions that I drafted have been taken by GSC folks (many thanks) except for #10.

The meeting will not be extended beyond 6:30 if there are more questions.
