George (and Kelcey and Chris),
I’ll take question @4:
4. What is the safety review process that will be practiced during the transport and offloading of these waste materials?
So, Chris and Kelcey, if you take #10, that would be groovy.
10. What is the condition of the 90-foot walkway/pipeway cited in the application and does its condition pose any risk to the waters of the Ohio River?
And thank you, Cindy. It is a worthy project to find out whether fracking brine is being used as a deicer locally. I suspect that municipal officials can’t ban its use from the city or county on state roads, but it’s worth asking if they can; and it’s certainly worth asking if it is used on city or county roads, and if so, to please ban it.

I am assuming this means one question per person and not the 14 questions i have posed (attached and previously sent to you). I would like to coordinate the submission of questions before we actually submit them (before the meeting). I would like to take question #8 for myself.
