[Green] Barge Offload Facility

George,

I would like to ask question #6 if that is OK.  The way I interpret what
you are asking here is similar to an oil spill, we have absorbent mats and
booms - I don't know of anything like that for brine.  Am I
interpreting this correctly?  Also, I asked my fellow U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service friends in our Ecological Services Branch and they were
consulted on this project and given the scope of it, they had no grounds to
stand in the way.  So, question #12 will not get us any traction.
