[Green] Proposed Fracking Offload Facility

Green Sanctuary Folks:

    In a previous message I forwarded the announcement from the USACE that a virtual public meeting on the application for this facility has been scheduled for August 7 (5:00-6:30 pm). 

    As part of our preparation for this meeting, I have drafted the attached questions/comments, which I will eventually send to the USACE. I took some of the questions from Darryl Ting's letter. When I receive the responses of Deep Rock to the posted comments (which I had to obtain with  a request  through the Freedom of Information Act), we may add some questions or edit the ones we already have.

     I would appreciate edits, comments, additions to these questions. Please send them to me by July 15.

     I have not yet RSVP'd to the public meeting invitation but I will soon. I would encourage others to do so as well.
