[Green] Application for Fracking Waste Offload Facility

Fellow Greenies:

    We have a  victory in this struggle that we should only regard as an initial battle in what may turn out be a protracted struggle. We have a commitment from the US Army Corps of Engineers for a virtual public meeting (see below) . The rules will be rather restrictive. We need to discuss strategy, who will participate and questions we intend to pose.

    I am still waiting for the responses to comments on their application from Deep Rock which I had to request through the Freedom of Information Act. I was promised those comments this week.
