[Green] Fwd: budget requests due for next fiscal year (july2020)

Can we ask for money later in the year?  Are we free to find 
investors/donors if we decide we want to do another forum or sponsor a 
lunch in 202/2021 to discuss something important that carries forward 
the Sustainable Marietta thems?
