If you have changes for the Sun. agenda for the Green Sanctuary
Committee meeting please send them to me so I can add on to what Dawn
started.

I will speak to Jay about helping with AV equipment needs on Sat.  We
will need people for sign-in/greeters on Fri., Sat.  We will need
helpers to gather the information on Sat. and make sense of it for
Sunday.   We will need some help with marketing too: social media
presence, etc.  Also, someone to keep track of registrations.

I am meeting with the keynote person, Myra Moss, this week and will put
together a little PR piece on her and what she'll be doing for us so we
have it to use...maybe a story in the Marietta Times and then we can
post it online.

Do we really want to hang on to the solar generator, or have a silent
auction to sell it or sell tickets to sell it, or keep it for the fall
auction to sell it?  It's worth around $500.

I arranged for Jay to have a place to stay the week of the PV class so
not to worry about that detail.  Need PR for that class though.

If we need another person to speak in April Jay could talk on the topic
"When Energy is Free".  He is available April 5th, 12th, 19th But not
the 26th.

See you all Sunday if the crik don't rise!  Annie
